The monovarietal extra virgin olive oil of early harvest is produced from mountainous olive groves of Pelion. The processing of the olive oil is done under cold pressing conditions at 20C. It is rich in vitamins, polyphenols and minerals that have antioxidant action as well as nutritional and medicinal properties.
