How are orders shipped?
The shipping of products is generally done by the company GREECE : SPEEDEX COURIER & OUTSIDE : DHL
The cost of transport depends on the weight and volume of the parcel.
The products can also be sent by a shipping company within Greece if they are fragile or exceed certain dimensions in order to achieve the most economical possible charge.
-The cost of transport is as follows:
For land destinations:
EUR 2.60 + VAT for parcels weighing up to 2 kgr and EUR 0.60 +VAT for each additional kgr.
For island destinations and inaccessible areas:
2.60 €/kilo kg and 0.60 €/kilo kg per kilogram for each kilo:
EUR 2.60 + VAT for parcels weighing up to 2 kgr and EUR 0.60 + VAT for each additional kgr.
Cost of transport
Shipping within the boundaries of the prefecture of Thessaly with our own transport company.
Suggested for parcels of large volume / weight in order to ensure the safe transport of products.
Indicatively the cost of transport in this case starts from 3 to 6 euros + VAT depending on the volume and weight of the parcel and concerns delivery “on the sidewalk”. In any case, a prior telephone consultation with the store must be made.
Shipping with a transport company / agency in the rest of Greece.
Delivery by transport companies is recommended for parcels of large volume / weight in order to ensure the safe transport of the products.
Indicatively, the cost of transport starts from 4.00 euros + VAT and varies depending on the volume and weight of the parcel, as well as the final destination of the parcel. In any case, prior telephone contact with us to inform you about the final cost of transporting the parcel.
The parcels are collected by the agency of the transport company selected in the nearest major city of the final destination. Delivery can also be arranged to the address you provide us with an additional charge (upon request). In any case, deliveries by the transport companies/agencies are made “on the pavement”. If you wish delivery to your premises, arrangements must be made with the transport company with the possibility of additional charges.
Once you complete your order, you will be sent an e-mail confirming that we have received your order.
No product is committed without a named order.
Our company reserves the right to request a deposit on any order and to change prices without notice.
How long does it take for orders to be shipped?
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 days if sent by Courier and within 2-4 days in case of shipping company. In case of delay you will be informed of the indicative delivery date.
What are the payment methods?
Credit/debit/prepaid card
Payment by credit, debit or prepaid card is made using the payment system of the partner bank VIVA WALLET. Cards from all banks are accepted. Payment by card is subject to the legal use of the card. By choosing this payment method, you will be redirected to the website of the partner bank where you will fill in your card details to complete the transaction. During this process no personal information (including credit card number) is stored by our system. The correctness and security of your transactions is guaranteed by the partner bank.

Alternatively, the buyer is given the opportunity to make purchases by bank transfer – deposit to the following bank accounts:
